Built in accordance with traditional Vietnamese style and modern-day luxury, Syrena Cruises have maintained the original standards of luxury cruising in Halong Bay with the current Syrena Cruises boat entering service in autumn 2010. The two spacious Suites (21m²) are located in the forward section of the lower accommodation deck. Each Suite offers all the standard amenities of the Deluxe Cabins, plus a larger ensuite bathroom with bathtub, picture windows and a 32” LCD television.Deluxe cabins

FIRST DAY
12:15 hrs: Embarkation at Syrena Harbor.
12:30 hrs: Check in whilst enjoy a welcome drink and cruise briefing.
13:00 hrs: Have lunch while cruising in the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay at the same time admiring the fascinating rock formations in the Bay. Cruise to Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village.
14:30 hrs: Arrive at Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village. Visit the Vung Vieng Floating Fishing Village by a traditionally woven boat rowed by a local boatman for a period of one hour. During the trip, you will meet see the how the locals live. You will pass through floating houses of 65 families, a floating school & floating information centre.
15:30 hrs: Back to the boat and continue cruising to the Titop Island. Foot reflexology and massage services are available on the boat.
15:45 hrs: Arrive at Ti Top Island. There are 2 programs to choose from at this time. 1st option is a 45 minute kayaking program to the nearby Luon Cave and surrounding waters.The fee for kayaking is booked as part of your package. The 2nd option is to visit the Ti Top Island. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach or climb the steps of the Rock to the top of the island for photo opportunities.Towels will be supplied. We will spend about 45 minutes on this island.
17:15 hrs: Back to the Cruises, enjoy cooking demonstration will be on the sundeck.
19:00 hrs: Dinner is served with a variety of Vietnamese Fusion cuisine.
20:30 hrs: Evening activities include: film entertainment in the dining room at approximately 21:00 hrs. Board and card games are accessible or join the squid fishing on boat with our crew. Foot reflexology & massage services will also be available.
21:00 hrs: Happy hour – Buy one drink get one free (wine excluded). We will then cruise to our overnight anchorage near Trong Cave or Titop Island End of the program of the day.SECOND DAY
06:00-6h:30 hrs: Enjoy Tai Chi instructions on the sundeck in 30 minutes.
07:00 hrs: Coffee, tea and pastries will be served in the dining room.
07:30 hrs: Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave. Walk up 100 steps to the entrance of the cave and tour around for approximately 45 minutes.
08:45 hrs: Upon return to the boat, take time to freshen up and check out of the cabins. Please leave your luggage outside your cabins (staff will then transfer to our pier upon arrival for you). Depart for Syrena pier.
09:15 hrs: Enjoy brunch or set menu served in the dining room. Settle bills in the dining room after brunch.
10:00 hrs: Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room and enjoy the bay scenery as we approach the pier.

“Lovely Cruise”
A great trip for 3 days and 2 nights on Syrena Cruise.We booked Suite Cabin that was spacious, they offered great cocktail, fresh fruits in cabin daily. Great food with seafood and Western food. Full second day for kayaking was fab, we returned our cruise in the late afternoon. Shuttle bua for transfer was not included, asked for this. !

Our trip to Hai Long Bay with Syrena Cruise was 3D2N.
During our stay, the tour guide was helpful, understanding, attentive and nice. She even brought to an hour land tour and this was covered in the package. Itinerary on the cruise was well planned and attention was given to each individual. The Cruise environment was cosy and suitable for all.
We stayed in Hai Long Bay for another day after the cruise, so we give the transport that was intended to ferry us back to Hanoi a miss. However, we encountered some hiccups in the return transport, we turned to Syrena Cruise for aid via call, we are surprised that their representative, Mr. Ngo went the extra mile to help us with the return transport and that transport was operated by an 3rd party operator not Syrena Cruise. The price we paid was reasonable.

My fiancé and I have relied on TripAdvisor to plan the majority of our 3 month round the world travels, so booking the Syrena 1 night/2 day cruise was a bit of a gamble, with only 2 reviews….however it massively paid off. Great pickup service from our hotel door in Hanoi, good driver, bus and aircon, taken straight to the dockside in Halong city (with no hanging around like lots of other tourists we saw). Lovely boat, well decorated with everything you would need, plenty of space with a nice sun deck….although I think the boat was full, it didn’t seem crowded. Our guide spoke brilliant English and we really enjoyed the tour of the Surprising Cave and the beach visit ( beware the jellyfish though!). Our highlight was the kayaking (you do have to pay an additional $15 per boat/2 people) we got to really experience the beauty of Halong bay and get up close to the cliffs…spectacular! Just be aware that if you do the 2 night trip you will have to go back to port to drop off the 1 night guests….we didn’t feel like we had missed out on anything by just doing the one night, although the journey to and from hanoi is quite long (3 1/2 hours). Ps. Bring your own water for the minibus journey, as it was not provided for us.
