Tam Cung Grotto

Tam Cung Grotto is situated on May Den island, which is nearly separated from other islands with high, dangerous cliffs and green forest. The cave is divided into three parts through its mouth. Entering the first part, we can hear a lot of melodious sounds like those of a T’rung or a lithophone and see a stone “Buddha” learning against a stick. Hanging down from the cave dome among stalactite flowers is an immaculate hydrangea flower blossoming among the stalactites. The second part of the cave through a small entrance looks like an active natural museum of stone lions, seals, naiads…with a pure flowing stream at the center and stone curtains falling down from the two cave walls. The last part brings visitors to a large embankment engraved with diverse odd shapes like carefully carved flowers, pretty bamboo canes, sleeping elephants….
