Halong Emotion cruise combines charm and great comfort to meet the growing demand of travellers looking for luxurious cruises in the bay. Our first boat, launched in July 2008, features 28 air conditioned cabins, with private bathrooms and facilities like a boutique style hotel. Designed in the 1910′s Indochina style, the Halong Emotion offers the perfect mix in traditional elegance and modern comfort. We have 22 deluxe cabins of 18m2. They are equipped with high standard facilities, response fully to 4 star hotel room. All cabins are open to the sea and have private WC, hot shower and air-conditioning.

We design one Suite Cabin with 25m2, in front of the boat in first floor. Fully open to outside and have a specific layout, the Suite cabin give a spectacular atmosphere.

We have 2 family cabins. They are in fact two deluxe cabins with connecting door, one cabin with double bed and other with 2 twin beds. Family cabin, as we call them, are ideal for a journey in Halong bay with children.

12.00 : Transfer to Halong Emotion Boat by tender

8.15 – 9:30 : A fantastic cruise on the bay, passing Dinh Huong Island, Fighting Cock Island, Dog Island. Arrive in Ba Hang Floating fishing village, a peaceful village. Visit local houses, fish farms, schools and chat with friendly fisher men.
9:45 : Check-out, clear bills.
10.00 – 11.00 : Have a brunch
11.30 : Back to Baichay tourist wharf

6.00 – 6.30 : Tai Chi exercise & morning coffee.
6.30 – 8.00 : Buffet Breakfast is served.
8.00 : Get on smaller boat to explore Lan Ha bay. Boat stop at the Kayaking area where you will be given a basic paddling lesson by our expert. After that, you and your guide will explore the mystical bay. There will be a lot of swimming, visiting beach or a lagoon cave (depending on tidal conditions). Lunch on boat. And then cruise back Halong bay for dinner & overnight.
17.00 : Re-check in the cabin
19.10 : Dinner is served at the Restaurant.
21.00 : After dinner, relax on deck.DAY 3 : CRUISING IN HALONG BAY AND BACK TO HANOI ( B,L )

“Exceeded expectations” from Jade – New York, USA
Trip Advisor needs to add another category in “who did you go with?” I went on this cruise as part of my family trip with my parents and brother. We were very impressed and pleasantly surprised with how nice the accomodations were.
The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The cruise ship itself is small but its perfect for the cruise around the bay. The only issue with the room was that there was not hot/warm water one of the days.
The welcome lunch was really good. Unfortunately the buffet meals after were mediocre since our expectations from the seafood lunch had been set so high.
Halong Bay is very pretty, though our family though Guilin in China was more unique. If you are in N. Vietnam it is worth the 3.5 hr ride from Hanoi.

Halong Bay is a must see if you’re in Hanoi. The scenery is wonderful. The boat Emotion is well outfitted and the rooms spacious with modern bathrooms. Meals were good but no drinks at all included except at breakfast. Friendly staff.
The garbage floating in the bay is disconcerting however and this is a world heritage site!!!!

We took a 3 day cruise on th Halong Emotion (actually, we arrived mid-day on day one, had a full day on day two, and left mid-day on day 3). Our cabin was lovely and spacious, with a small door to an outside small balcony. The food was superb and the service equally good. Our second day saw us put on a smaller boat with two other couples and we enjoyed an amazing day of being pampered by the boat’s chef and two staff members. We kayaked and explored caves beneath the amazing islands, and generally had a wonderful time. We’d highly recommend this cruise to anyone – and we would strongly recommend taking the 3 day version if at all possible. The full day on the smaller boat was magical – our multi-course ‘lunch’ was accompanied by the most amazing food art display courtesy of the chef! Definitely not to be missed.
