Price for our Halong cruise package includes accommodation on board base on double occupancy, meals, sight seeing fees, local tour guide on board…etc as you will see at the Inclusion/Exclusion on detail cruise itinerary. This tour package is not including the transfer Hanoi-Halong-Hanoi by shuttle bus which is normally cost from $25 to $40 per person. We can arrange the private transfer & private charter for any cruise in Halong bay upon request.

30% (thirty percent) deposit of tour package cost with the minimum of USD100 per person is required when you book any cruise or tour with us. This deposit is required to secure your booking with your prefer Cruises & date of travel. Then a full payment of the tour balance must be paid at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the starting date of the tour. In some cases we will collect the balance due when you arrive in Hanoi before the starting date of your Halong bay tour.
WE OFFER YOU 3 WAYS TO MAKE THE PAYMENT
1. Cash Payment:
The payment by Cash shall be allowed by our staff upon confirmation. Normally, this method applied for customers who live in Vietnam.
2. Credit Card Payment:
For payment made by credit card, a surcharge due to bank fee will be applied to the total amount; currently 2.5% for Visa and MasterCard, and 4% for American Express.
3. Bank transfer:
Please note that the bank commission fee in Vietnam and the international bank transmission charges are covered by the client. Kindly provide us a copy of each transaction stating the booking information. The receipt of related bank transaction is subject to the final confirmation from our bank.
The client can cancel their booking at all times but only accepted by notification in written document to contact@cruiselanhabay.com. The date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your notification of your wish to do so. Costs for cancellation are as followed:
Applied for Cruise Reservation
a. Cancellation is made over 30 days before the departure date; there will be no charge for cancellation except the forfeiture of the deposit.
b. Cancellation from day 30 till 15 days before the departure date of the booking; 40% of the total sum per person will be charged.
c. Cancellation from day 14 till 7 days before the departure dates; 60% of the total amount per person will be charged.
d. Cancellation within 6 days before the departure date of booking or No show; the full amount will be charged. If, rather than cancel, you wish to transfer your booking to another person, we can arrange this subject to your instruction, and the transferee providing his or her full details, confirmation of acceptance of the terms of the contract, agreement to pay our costs incurred in making the transfer and any outstanding balance of the total price.
As soon as we receive your deposit for the requested tour or cruise we will send you the confirmed itinerary, service voucher and the receipt of the tour.
The Shuttle Bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi at around 7:45 to 8:30 AM and drop you off around 16:00 to 16:30 PM in Hanoi. We will send you the correct time for pick up at the confirmed itinerary.
The distance from Hanoi to Halong city is 165km. And it's will take about 3,5 hours driving time to get to Halong plus 30 minutes for the rest stop half way so you will be in Halong at around noon time. Most of our cruises start to welcome people on board from 11h30 to 12h30pm and they start to cruise soon afterward.
We do arrange private return transfer from Hanoi and it will cost about $55/person for the group from 02 guests for 02 days/01 night cruise. We will send you the quote for the transfer depend on your number of people and date of travel.
It will take about 04 hours driving time to get to Halong Bay from Hanoi's airport and vi versa.
Yes we do pick up or drop off our guests at Hanoi airport upon their request. Our travel consultant will send you the detail of your travel plan, timing & cost for your transfer from/to Hanoi's airport upon your travel requirement.
If you already been to Hanoi and would like to go straight to Halong Bay from the airport we would recommend this option. Otherwise, It will be perfectly matched if you would like to do private day trip cruise next morning for couple hours on one of our traditional boat rather than spend 02 days/01night on board.
